Summary
I have been in the Real Estate Business since 1996 and have had the opportunity to be involved with some very good companies. I have also had the opportunity to be involved with many different facets of our business. I have held an Executive level position and have held several positions that have allowed me to gain great day to day operational experience. I have been involved with many development functions, been involved with a large amount of "lease-ups", and have extensive experience with both affordable and conventionally financed assets, multi-family and senior housing. Professional Experience 2006-Current Holland Residential Seattle, Wa. Senior Regional Property Manager I have been responsible for the successful overall operations of 8 to 12 apartment communities totaling +/- 3,000 units. I have also supervised a Senior Property Managers that oversaw 3 to 5 communities totaling eleven hundred units (1,100). My duties have included, cap-ex oversight, financial analysis, staff supervision, marketing plan creation and execution, due diligence for acquisition, budgeting, business plan creation and execution, training and capacity building, and tactical execution of strategic initiatives. I currently have a pretty diverse portfolio consisting of several properties that have been repositioned and are now stabilized at B levels, and I have recently overseen the lease-up of 344 newly developed Class A apartments. We have been executing a full value add renovation program for the last 2+ years and to date I have been involved with the renovation of over 2,000 units. I have consistently been involved with committees that have been created to identify and create actions for improvement. I have also been at the fore-front of the initiative process and have been the person that has Beta tested many programs on behalf of Holland.

Portfolio Manager I was responsible for the overall operations of nine affordable apartment communities located in Washington and Oregon totaling one thousand five hundred and thirty-one units (1531) and two mixed used buildings with commercial space totaling 19,000 square feet. My duties include financial analysis, staff supervision, marketing plan creation and implementation, budgeting, general regional oversight, compliance and investor reporting. I was actively involved in the due diligence process for acquisition and disposition, taking the lead in the Seattle region.
