Most recent as a Full Line HR Generalist at Corporate level to suport Division Presidents and Department with responsibilities for training/development; compensation/benefits/merit review process; staffing to include recruitment and selection of internal or external candidates; talent and succession planning; employee relations; compliance; formal dispute resolution process, engagement and retention, labor relations and internal consulting with key executives on all human resources matters.
