Over 35 years experience in the field of industrial safety management that has involved system development, implementation, coordination and management. Focus areas have included personnel safety; regulatory compliance; incident investigation and reconstruction; training; emergency preparedness; worker's compensation program case management; incident litigation; and overall program analysis. Industrial areas of expertise include refining, chemical and heavy construction. All with a documented track record of producing success in the area of incident control and injury prevention as well as ensuring total organizational success through holistic execution. Since 1994 managed projects accumulated 15.7 million hours with a resulting Total Injury Incidence Rate of 0.27 and a Total Lost Time Incidence Rate of 0.02.

Responsibilities are directed at ensuring effective development of Contractor programs and alignment with the existing facility and expectations of the Project Management Team, OCIP management alignment, SWPPP program management, and case management alignment.
July 2007 August 2009: Jacobs Area HSE Manager Providing management expertise and leadership for several major construction projects providing guidance and leadership to the project execution teams. Accomplishments included the development, implementation, monitoring and analysis of HSE systems and processes. The processes go from the bid evaluation through project completion.
