Management roject Manager of ten multi-story projects in Texas and Florida. The largest encompassing approximately 145,000 square feet and the tallest being a 10 story facility that is located in downtown Miami, Florida. Project Manager for the tenant improvement build-out of an eight story, 144,000 square foot building that is home for the City of Houston Health and Human Services department. Construction and Development Manager for the renovation, out-parcel building construction, and tenant build-outs of an eight acre retail center, located within a special design district of Pompano Beach, Florida. Project Manager on several new retail buildings and centers, storage facility expansions, commercial maintenance facilities, plus professional office developments. Project Manager on the award, negotiation, development, and conversion of a seven acre parcel to a regional, commercial and retail lumber yard. Regional Project Manager Dallas, Texas to Key West, Florida Responsible for Cap-X scope, budgeting, improvements, conversions, and remodels for 65 facilities.
