Staff Engineer/Publication Manager. Wrote procedures and process description manuals ahead of schedule. Developed a training program for engineers and operators teaching them how to run a new facility in Shenyang China. Prepared training materials and provided Visio drawings for all units in the Ethylene plant. Also provided systems identification and inspection/turnover for commissioning onsite in Thailand - Ensured the safe and timely construction of a PDH plant.

RWD Technologies9/2004 to 3/2008
Region Manager 08/2007 to 03/2008. Supervised 13 Field Training Instructors, 4 coordinators and 9 contract instructors that deliver training for Rockwell Automation concerning PLCs, DCS, and automation equipment. Hired and trained new instructors. Managed $7,000,000 budget. Achievements included: 20% higher utilization rates, and 10% less overtime. Initiated a maintenance program for computers and demos.
