Field Supervisor/Manager: Responsibilities include supervision and implementation of Supervisors and their crews activity and site construction. Irrigation installation on most sites, machine operations, machine repair, moving machinery from one site to another (C.D.L), and truck maintenance. Welding small bridges for machine operation and welding for equipment repair, installation of pavers, walls, fountains, lighting, statues, boulders and whatever the prints require. Organizing and attending meetings with Architects, General contractors, and other construction managers. Attending required walkthroughs for inspections and for making adjustments and corrections. Project budgets and adjustments to the scope of the project. Conducting weekly safety meetings and monitoring crews for safety measures. Repairs were usually done on site however sometimes the air compressors were delivered to the company or had to be transported to the company after doing an onsite inspection of the compressor.
