Oversee and manage the buyout of the project to include solicitation of subcontract bids, development of project schedules, subcontract negotiations and risk management. Oversee and manage actual construction projects including site supervision, subcontract management, change order management, billings, inspections, quality control and safety. Originally hired as an estimator, promoted to project manager and eventually to Corporate Vice President with responsibility for all aspects of operations pertaining to the Pre Fabricated Exterior Panel and Specialty Coatings Division.
