  • Led CM team providing constructability analysis, logistical planning, labor requirements and jurisdictional reviews, scheduling, value engineering and estimating services





Museum of Science & Industry, U505 Submarine Underground Pavilion





  • Facilitated the enclosure and preservation of the historic 700 ton WWII submarine




  • Built entirely below grade and directly across from Outer Drive of Lake Michigan including Architectural Cast-in-place concrete walls and buttresses, monolithically poured – 40’ high





Millennium Park, Crown Fountain





  • Unique fountain designed by contemporary Spanish Architect Jaume Plensa




  • Features 2 twin 50’ Waterfall towers with LED displays projecting images through glass brick surrounds
