Responsible for start up, business development, proposals, staffing, execution, and full profit and loss.
· A key member of the three man team pursuing multiple contracts on the Riyadh Metro Program including lead designer and independent checking engineer. Efforts included proposal development, delivery strategy, pricing, presentation, negotiation and development of terms and conditions. Atkins won lead designer of package three.
· Initiated and concluded a joint venture with Bechtel to provide program management services to Saudi Economic City Authority.
· Project Director for the design of the King Abdul-Aziz International Airport Redevelopment project.

· Mobilized and led the team to Master Plan and design the first phase of housing development for the Ministry of Housing. Scope included 60,000 housing units on 11 sites. Initial team numbered over 40 people with growth potential to 1800.
· Bid, negotiated and won two projects with Jeddah Municipality for construction supervision and operations and maintenance. Contract exceeded 60 million dollars and required over 200 personnel to support.
Clients include the Saudi Royal Commission, Saudi Ministry of Housing, Saudi Arabian Rail and Jeddah Municipality. Staff exceeds 300 personnel and is projected to exceed 2,000 by End 2012.
