Duties and Responsibilities in Lusail C-20 Project, but not limited to:

 

Managing the company’s construction staff and leading the project team. Coordinating with the design consultant for design development and approvals. Liaise with the Partners and Lusail for conformance design and specifications. Managing the Interior design and value engineering process. Managing the weekly technical and progressive meetings for coordination. Managing the master plan base line and monitoring the updates. Managing the selection of sub-contractors and suppliers capable for the project. Managing the sub-contractors and suppliers contracts. Managing Issues related to site management and method of constructions. Advise the team about the project organization chart and their responsibilities. Distribute designated load of work, and following up the progress on daily bases. Continuous Liaise with the HSE manager to ease his job and advise. Liaise with the supervision consultant. Duties and responsibilities (BDM) but not limited to:

 

Assessments of marketing opportunities and target markets. Preparation a the business plan. Approaching owners and clients to present the company’s capability. Continues searching for bids and proposal. Immediate response to all opportunities. Study Tenders to find out the strategy of winning. Networking with other business people to establish a support group. Coordinate proposal review meetings to present data with recommendations to management in consortiums for approvals. Advise the technical section about the program of work and method statement. Estimating the project cost & bid cost. Prepare formal Technical & financial offers.
