  • Developed the course into a PGA tournament quality. This included new layout and design. Elevation changes, paved cart paths, drainage, bunker placement, lakes and landscaping.  In 1992 approved by the PGA to host events. In charge of the surrounding subdivision road design, storm drainage and utilities for lot sales.
