As a Superintendent, I have experience on retail, commercial and industrial projects in various areas of the country. The projects I have been associated with have been Design/Build, Bid, Negotiated and Spec buildings from ground up to completion in addition to renovations and upgrades. My experience in the fields lends itself to be a General Superintendent, Superintendent solely or as part of a team for large, mid-sized or for a Special Projects Division. CONSTRUCTION SUPERENTENDENT ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
