PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE



CCC, Vice President and Director of Business Development, Federal, Philadelphia, PA 2015-Present.  Member of the senior executive management team with emphasis on enhancing corporate capabilities and operations within federal and state construction, design-build and engineering markets in the mid-Atlantic region.  Concentrated efforts with both civil and vertical construction MBE/DBE state and 8(a) federal contracts with a focus on civil construction stream restoration, Bio/SWMP, earthwork and utility projects and vertical construction, tenant refit and renovation, MEP and other specialty trades.

 

·         With limited resources utilized personal professional relationships and past performance within Federal DoD and Civilian agencies specifically with NAVFAC, USACE, DHS, USCG and GSA.  In 5 months secured contracts and commitments in both IDIQ, stand alone and design-build contracts totaling $15M in vertical, civil and marine construction.

·         Utilized professional relationships within Maryland to pursue WSSC and SHA projects as both prime and subcontractor self-performing civil construction projects with an expertise in stream restoration, bio, SWMP and underground utilities.

  • Within 8 months identified a potential revenue stream of $14M in various set aside construction contracts with NAVFAC, USACE and Federal Reserve.  This encompassed the following:  $4M JOC USACE, $4M SATOC PAX River, $4M SATOC NAVFAC Washington, and $2M BOA Federal Reserve.  Awarded the $4M SATOC NSA Bethesda contract with over 60 task orders within the first 2 months and successfully captured the $2M BOA Federal Reserve by submitting both Technical and Price Proposal.
