Senior Project Manager – Overall responsibility for the project, with daily involvement in the commercial and contractual aspects of the project. Oversaw all project documentation and company billings.
New construction of the 2 million SF Atlantic City Convention Center, NJ – With a 300 foot by 1,500 foot exhibit floor over a parking garage, this facility sat adjacent to the AC rail head and train station. The main floor was designed for H-20 loading and the space was conditioned by 26 tractor trailer-sized air handling units, all set into place by helicopter.
New construction of the 200,000 SF Clayton Park Apartments, White Plains, NY – This was a nine story building, constructed above three stories of below grade parking, 200 apartments, and a staggered truss and precast plank structural design.
Additions and renovations to the Saxe Middle School, New Canaan, CT – The expansion of this school included three separate additions and a phased renovation of the entire facility. The phasing for this project presented some unique challenges, as the school remained in operation throughout.
