SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS



Revamped waste reprocessing, adding 3.4% to 

sales while reducing costs 43%. Adhesive 

Technologies, waste cost $0.23/pound to 

freeze with liquid nitrogen and process. 

Sourced and purchased industrial melting 

system to reprocess waste at less cost. 

Converted 260,000# of material valued at 

$169K into salable goods.



Managed $20M manufacturing facility expansion 

from design to completion. Lindt & Sprungli 

needed to expand capacity to meet production 

needs. Managed programming, A&E, permits, 

town/state liaison, construction, budgets, 

bids, negotiations and schedule. Delivered 

185,000 sq. ft. food manufacturing facility 

on time and budget.



Designed and installed waste transfer system, 

enabling start of new $30M product line. Koch 

lacked provisions to transport/treat waste 

stream from new production line. Specified 

and installed required equipment to transfer 

waste to existing waste treatment plant 

without spills, overflows, or treatment 

violations.



Upgraded electrical and cooling 

infrastructure, providing support for 15% YOY 

growth. Lindt & Sprungli electrical and 

cooling infrastructure would not support 

imminent plans for capacity expansion. Began 

specific projects to address these issues. 

Prevented production outages, quality 

problems and increased scrap rates.



Spearheaded new product design, yielding 

$2.5M in annualized revenues. Adhesive 

Technologies new consumer glue gun product 

design requirements were unknown as it was 

unique concept. Generated successful product 

with all necessary safety features, labeling 

requirements and testing properly completed.

Sr. Mechanical Engineer, EMD Millipore, 2015-

present. Selected to lead capital project 

management with $6.3M approved plan for 2015. 

Participate in change management control. 

Projects range from lab renovations, process 

support equipment upgrades to building 

demolition and construction. 



Facilities & Maintenance Manager, Lindt & 

Sprungli, 2011-2015. Directed all facilities 

and production maintenance activities 

including shutdown operations, capital 

projects. Managed EH&S manager Identified 

vendor and negotiated major MRO purchasing 

contract saving nearly $100K per year. 

Managed $12M budget. 



Facilities & Maintenance Manager, Koch 

Membrane Systems, 2007-2011. Charged with 

leading day-to-day facilities and maintenance 

operations for multi-plant, 850,000 sf ISO 

9001 facility for global leader in membrane 

filtration technology and engineering 

support. Managed $5M operating budget and 

$850K capital budget.
