                        Title: Director of Construction Europe/Asia Pac

Responsible for managing capital investments in construction and maintenance of new warehouses, office facilities, new business services offices, data centers, expansion of existing facilities, and performing safety upgrades of buildings in our portfolio. Achieved a >25% reduction in capital investment unit costs while at the same time improving the operating efficiency of our facilities.

Among my Department’s responsibilities and accomplishments:

Deliver 80 projects per year throughout Europe and AsiaPac

Consistently deliver projects on time

All project outturn costs within +/- 2.5% of initial budget

Developed stakeholder engagement process for project scoping

Execute projects consisting of executive offices, BPM offices, client offices, data centers, and warehouse fitouts.

Among my responsibilities were:

Management of all design, construction and permitting consultants.

Managing relationships with local, Regional, and National Government entities.

Managing global Architects (Foster + Partners, Calatrava) in order to achieve financially acceptable and constructible designs.

Review all requests for contractual variations from contractors/consultants.

Responsible for budget and programme of works.
