NAVFAC, Housing Unit Repairs ($3,5mm) August 2013 – July 2015
Orchestrate timely completion of all project milestones for a 52 housing unit renovation project. Ensure methodical execution to install siding, CATV outlets, exhaust fans, and solar water heaters.
USACE, Water Tank Repairs ($1mm) September 2013 – April 2015
Employed project management discipline for barracks renovation initiative, including pressure washing and water tank recoat, stripped interior bowl and applied a three coat system, installed interior shell ladder and new roof, replaced catwalk and handrails, and repaired FAA lighting.
