USACE, Hospital Emergency Generators ($5,2mm)                          September 2014 – July 2015

  • Direct all efforts for the design and construction phases replacing hospital emergency generators and all associated electrical switchgear, regulators, transfer switches, and fuel tanks at the Hospital’s Energy Support Building while minimizing backup system availability risk.


 

NAVFAC, Housing Unit Repairs ($3,5mm)                                                 August 2013 – July 2015


  • Orchestrate timely completion of all project milestones for a 52 housing unit renovation project. Ensure methodical execution to install siding, CATV outlets, exhaust fans, and solar water heaters.


 

USACE, Water Tank Repairs ($1mm)                                                September 2013 – April 2015


  • Employed project management discipline for barracks renovation initiative, including pressure washing and water tank recoat, stripped interior bowl and applied a three coat system, installed interior shell ladder and new roof, replaced catwalk and handrails, and repaired FAA lighting.


 

AFCEE, POL Facilities Repairs ($4,4mm)                                            December 2011 – June 2013


  • Oversaw project deliverables for repairs to hydrant system, controls containment, emergency generators, dike drains, roadways, fences, and gates ensuring project completed on time, within scope, and compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensured delivery of turnkey multi-site fuel facilities construction repairs including canopy extension concrete replacement, roadway, and piping from discharge of bulk transfer pump for JP-8 truck fuel.

  • Managed the design and construction of drain inlets, piping, and a 10,000 gallon containment pit.

  • Organized evening upgrades to telecom and fire protection systems with minimal tenant impact.


 

Facilities Remodeling and Renovations ($1,5mm)                                October 2010 – May 2011


  • Led the design phase to ensure costs remain within budget for a new chiller, air handler, boiler, fire suppression sprinkler system, a 1,500 square foot extension, and metal roof for the entire OSI facility.

  • Successfully delivered a ground-up design and construction of a 143,000 square foot school.

  • Executed all aspects of constructing a C-17 hangar ensuing timely and within budget completion.

  • Implemented numerous precautionary measures to ensure safety if fumes became life-threatening.


 

Casino Asphalt Parking Lot Construction ($250k)                           September 2002 – June 2004


  • Managed asphalt parking lot construction project with completion ahead of schedule and under budget.

  • Partnered with surveyor and sub-contractors to add 435 parking spots without the benefit of drawings.
