Midsized construction specialty contractor seeks President and potential equity owner.
The position will oversee a multi-trade, multi-office contractor in Orlando. We are seeking someone with at least 10+ years construction experience with a general contractor or specialty contractor, stable job history and who is a senior executive, divisional manager or operations executive ready to move into a P&L; role. We want general construction experience because we need someone with oversight and leadership experience of multiple trades. Direct trades experience is not required since this is a senior management role requiring oversight of technical staff with trades experience. Although we would prefer an experienced executive, we will consider an up-and-comer ready for career advancement.
