Construction Executive Job Location: Birmingham, AL Estimated Cash Compensation:High $100s or more depending on experience
Job Description:
We currently are seeking a Sr. Vice President for BE&K; Government Group, Inc., located in Birmingham, AL. and the candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Direct the BE&K; Government Group and executive staff which oversees the daily activities in Business Development, Facilities Services, Construction Services, and Project Controls.
- Direct all operations for design build, construction management at risk, and departmental profit and loss.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years in construction management from Project Manager to VP. This includes business start-up, development, and operations.
- Minimum of 2 years at a VP level.
- Minimum of 10 years proven track record selling to the Federal Government and facility services background. DOD required.
- Strong managerial background supervising others as well as excellent communication, organizational, motivational, interpersonal, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Strong entrepreneurial ability to direct a fast-growth business, meet and exceed all business goals, and ability to move to a higher executive level.
- Flexibility for 25%+ business travel.
- Minimum of BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or comparable degree. PE preferred.
** Base Salary up to the high $100s or more depending on experience.
