Job Description:
Destination Homes, a rapidly growing new homebuilder is seeking a career minded individual to join their Management Team in Layton. This person is responsible for the management and coordination of Estimating and Purchasing for the organization. Responsibilities include controlling and reducing costs, issuing accurate take-offs for start packages and recruiting and maintaining quality, reliable sub-contractors and trades.

Successful candidates will be able to drive positive change by managing the maintenance of a quantity and unit cost purchase order system. Building relationships with trade partners and working as the direct point of contact for all trade relationships is critical.

Qualified candidates should have experience with both Builder MT and Timberline software packages. Should also have 10 years of experience in Estimating and Purchasing with residential construction companies. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
