Job Description:
CLK Multifamily Management, LLC, is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Director of Construction Services. CLK Multifamily Management, LLC is a national multi family housing management company.

This position will report to the Vice President of Operations.

The Director of Construction Services is responsible for all phases of capital project management for those properties, including:

The Director of Construction Services is responsible for all phases of capital project management for those properties, including:
Bid and scope development
Contract preparation and reviews
Contract management
Project start-up
Management of multiple projects
Invoice approvals
Project close-out
Weekly reporting to the Vice President of Operations
Contractor and safety compliance
Effective communications and reporting of status of all projects with operations team and ownership team

The Director of Construction Services is also responsible for supervising Construction Project Managers and preparing a travel schedule that allows him or her to successfully balance the needs of all properties and projects in the assigned portfolio and when necessary those of the projects in the Construction Project Managers� portfolios.

The qualified individual will have a minimum of 5 years in construction management or an equivalent field, including experience in bid and contract management. The ideal candidate will also have experience supervising project managers and communicating within all levels of an organization. This position will require travel.
