Job Description:
Villa Enterprises, The Corporate Headquarter for Villa Pizza, a 200 plus pizza chain and growing. We are currently looking for a Director/Vice President of Construction to work out of our Corporate Headquarters in Morristown, New Jersey. We offer a competitive salary and benefits. Excellent advancement opportunities available. The Qualified candidate must live at least 40 minutes from the Morristown office.

Must have at least 2 direct reports and have experience as a Project Manager for 4 years plus. Experience reading and analyzing blue prints and working with Architects. Experience in renovations and must have built a restaurant or retail store from the ground up. Experience in the retail and or restaurant industry a must! Must have a degree.
