Job Description:
Woodside Development LP - Aiken, SC. Rapidly growing semi-custom construction company in the Aiken, SC area with annual sales of approx. $20M needs President to manage and direct all aspects of homebuilding activities. Must have a proven track record of strong leadership and personnel management, command of budget and financial reporting standards and be capable of managing construction of 80-100 homes per year. Additional responsibilities include sales, scheduling, field operations, personnel training, procedures and policies, control and reporting systems and product development and pricing. Position has full responsibility for profit/loss and achieving key organizational goals including profitability and customer satisfaction. Professional builders license will be required.
