Job Description:
We are looking for a Director of Construction Operations for our Headquarters in Indianapolis, IN with the following experience:
BS Degree (Engineering, Architecture or Building Construction Management)
12+ Years with Design Build Experience in a Development and/or GC At Risk Environment Required on $10M+ Ground-Up Projects (Healthcare: Hospital - Ambulatory Surgery Center - Medical Office Building -Retail: Lifestyle Centers - Power Centers, Office & Industrial: Multi-Story Office Buildings - Mixed-Use Industrial Facilities/Buildings)
Proven experience with coordinating and managing Project Managers and resources
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must

Relocation will be provided if necessary.
