Your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling during preconstruction phase
Conceptual estimating using On Screen Take Off software
Developing project budgets
Developing project GMP's
Developing bid packages for all trades
Establishing and maintaining database and good working relationships with key subcontractors
Maintaining historical pricing models
Provide input for marketing proposals
Participate in interviews with prospective clients
Value engineering of major systems and project components

Your qualifications and capabilities should include:
Effective communication skills with construction, client and designer representatives
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
Proactive management of complete preconstruction effort
Good public speaking skills
