Job Description:
Responsible for the development and generation of high-level graphic materials using various Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software packages. Develop and update various types of Project Schedules, Site staging and Logistic Plans, Preliminary Cash Flows and presentation graphics for use by Tishman's Echelon Resort Project Team. Interfaces on a daily basis with other members of the Project Team in Las Vegas as well as with the Corporate Scheduling Department in New York.

Project: Echelon Resort - Boyd Gaming
Tishman is serving Boyd Gaming as Construction Manager on the multi-billion dollar mixed-use resort complex on a 63-acre site on the Las Vegas Strip. The project scope includes the following components: casino gaming, more than 350,000 square feet of retail, dining, nightlife and cultural space; 1,000,000 square feet of meeting and convention space; four distinctive hotels (Echelon Resort, Shangri-La Hotel, Delano Hotel, and Mondrian Hotel) featuring 5,300 guest rooms and suites; and covered parking for 8,000 cars as well as site infrastructure and roadways.

Daily Duties
Assist with the development and maintenance of construction project and proposal schedules. Prepare preliminary schedules, cash flow projections, site logistics and phasing plans, and miscellaneous graphic materials for proposed projects.
Research and �test-out� new Computer Software and/or Hardware for use by the Department.
Assist with general project scheduling duties such as answering phones, filing, taking messages, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have a working knowledge of all support equipment used on the Project(i.e. color printer, copier, scanner, plotter, etc.)
Knowledge in both Graphics and Construction to provide the person with a working knowledge of a wide variety of graphic methods, as well as an understanding of basic construction methods.
Ability to become proficient in the use of various PC-based computer applications for Scheduling and Graphics including such software programs as Primavera P3, SureTrak, FastTrak, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, etc. Willingness to learn use of new computer software and support hardware as technology changes and the need arises.
Good management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to meet critical deadlines. Ability to be a team-player and work with others on the Project Team as necessary.
Ability to produce high-quality presentation graphic materials.
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with Project Staff and/or Clients.
Ability to be a team-player and work with others in the Department as necessary to get the task done.
Must be able to �interpret� the needs of the project in order to determine the best method to produce the desired graphic and/or schedule.
Must be able to see a project through from start to finish, and recognize when assistance is required from others on the Project.
