Job Description:
University owner seeks Director of Education Construction to lead its higher education construction group. This is an executive role overseeing $100 to $200 million in education construction projects, mostly university construction and college constuction of buildings. Candidate must have extensive higher education construction experience in general construction, a stable job history and a willingness to run a business unit. Person should have come up through the ranks of project management, and be capable of overseeing all operations including estimating, project managers and superintendents of education projects.
