Job Description:
Hill International, Inc. is presently seeking a senior construction management executive to lead our Project Management Group operation based in Washington, DC.

Hill has more than 900 employees in 26 offices worldwide, providing program management, project management, construction management and construction claims services. Engineering News-Record magazine recently ranked Hill the 17th largest construction management firm in the U.S. Hill is a publicly-traded company listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market, and had revenues last year of more than $112 million.

As a construction project manager, Hill has managed all phases of the construction process from pre-design through completion, including project controls, estimating, procurement, expediting, inspection, contract administration and management of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

We are seeking an experienced construction management professional to oversee an experienced operation with nearly 50 professionals. We presently have contracts with both private and public clients. Individual responsibilities will include leading the business development efforts, managing all operations and the client relations process, developing and strengthening the present professional staff, and having profit accountability for the operation. Prior operational and business development experience with Federal government clients is a must. Security clearance is a plus.

Individual should have at least a bachelor�s degree in engineering, architecture or construction, graduate degree and professional licensure preferred, and a minimum of twenty years experience in the construction management industry. Must have hands-on experience managing a major business unit.
