Job Description:
We are currently seeking a construction executive to oversee the overall management of a highway and bridge general contractor in Orlando, Florida. The firm performs over $100M in annual revenues with over 145 employees, is privately held, and performs both public and private (hwy, bridge & paving) work. We are looking for a leader with good people and technical skills that has a successful track record with profit center or senior management experience in highway construction. However the candidate could be a Vice President on the rise who shows leadership potential. Ideally the candidate will have a stable job history with a highway/bridge/paving contractor, and experience in construction operations, estimating and business development. He should also have demonstrated strong leadership, team building and people skills.
