Job Description:
National condominium and apartment developer seeks executive to lead its multifamily construction group for the SouthEast. This person will be responsible for all construction (and a good part of the development process) of all projects in the SouthEast USA. There is full divisional responsibility for this position. Projects consist of multi-family residential apartments and condominiums that range from $10M to $50M in size throughout the state of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

Candidates must have a stable job history with a developer or general contractor, and have worked on multi-family construction residential projects (stick frame and/or steel and concrete); have strong project management and leadership skills; good communication and leadership skills, stable job history, and the ability to oversee a business unit. It would be preferred to find someone who has experience in estimating, contracts, bidding, and site supervision, and who can perform construction projects from start to finish.
