Job Description:
Perkowitz+Ruth Architects, recognized as one of the nation's top architectural practices, seeks a Orange County Business Development Specialist to coordinate business development and marketing efforts for its Orange County, CA based office.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Devise and implement a strategic business development plan for P+R Architects' Eastern Region.
- Attend industry events, programs, conferences and meetings in order to develop potential client relationships.
- Create and maintain business contact database for Orange County office.
- Manage and disseminate marketing materials, as well as develop business proposals.
- Update corporate headquarters and other regional offices on activities within the Orange County Office.
- Coordinate annual special event for Orange County office clients, professional contacts and potential clients.
- Provide up-to-date content on Orange County office projects, activities and job openings for corporate web site.
- Establish corporate brand and identity in local media and community organizations through advertising and public relations efforts.
- Develop client outreach programs by coordinating, scheduling and/or attending special events.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations, with three-five years of experience in a related field. Candidates must have outstanding written and verbal communications skills, with proposal writing experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.
