Job Description:

This position applies to two Engineering Firms. One is a $14M civil Engineering Firm � Freyssinet, LLC and the other is a $.5M Construction Software Firm � Advitam, Inc.
� Direct all accounting functions including in-house payroll.
� Have full responsibility for all financial operations including maintaining/implementing accounting principles, practices, procedures and controls as well as some human resource principles.
� Maintains, reconciles, and administrates all general ledger accounts.
� Compile and analyze financial statements.
� Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies including but not limited to various states� sales/use tax reports, payroll tax returns, property tax returns, business licenses.
� Direct contact with insurance company for insurance policy renewal and annual audits.
� Direct contact with Auditing Firm for annual Review information.
Qualifications:
� Bachelor�s degree in Accounting.
� 5-8 years related experience or equivalent.
� Proficiency on QuickBooks and Peachtree Accounting Software a plus.
� CPA a plus.
� Commitment to excellence and high standards.
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
� Ability to work with all levels of management and in a diverse work atmosphere.
� Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
