Job Description:
Mid-sized Long Island based Real Estate Developer and Construction Management firm seeks Director of Program Management, Director of Construction Management, Superintendent(s) and Contract Administrator. Candidates to become part of the leadership team in the development and construction of Commercial, Residential and Multi-Purpose projects from concept through acquisition through construction phases in the New York Metropolitan Area.

Director of Construction Management shall be the firm's Project Construction Leader responsible for the overall coordination of all project's construction. The Director shall interface with Owner, the firm's Program Manager, Architect, Engineer, Superintendent and Subcontractors. Candidates must be experienced in both new construction and renovation projects, with strong team building experience, construction experience, systems and procedures, quality control and project scheduling. Experience should include ground-up mid-rise residential, commercial buildings, and tenant improvements. Engineering background is preferred. Candidate must possess strong organizational sand writing skills, be an effective negotiator and contractor administrator.
