MUSS DEVELOPMENT, LLC, Forest Hills, NY 2000-Present One of the largest and oldest real estate development firms in NYC with more than 10 million square feel of commercial, residential, industrial, and retail space. Senior Vice President, Construction Operations Selected to oversee and manage all aspects of the commercial construction process, including remodeling, conversion, and relocation of company facilitates. Manage all of development and maintenance of information construction budgets and expenditures. Identify and resolve critical technical and design issues major construction projects. Recruit, hire, and manage outside consultants, contractors, engineers, designers, architects, and in-house staff. Create new contracts and sub-contracts for negotiations and bids.
