MUSS DEVELOPMENT, LLC, Forest Hills, NY 2000-Present
One of the largest and oldest real estate development firms in NYC with more than 10 million square feel of commercial, residential, industrial, and retail space.
Senior Vice President, Construction Operations
Selected to oversee and manage all aspects of the commercial construction process, including remodeling, conversion, and relocation of company facilitates. Manage all of development and maintenance of information construction budgets and expenditures. Identify and resolve critical technical and design issues major construction projects. Recruit, hire, and manage outside consultants, contractors, engineers, designers, architects, and in-house staff. Create new contracts and sub-contracts for negotiations and bids. Manage new procedures and standards for design and construction of project management scheduling.
Key Achievements:
Led the construction project for the Oceana Condominium and Club in Brooklyn, NY, a 15 8/12 story luxury condominium worth up to $18M each with 850 luxury units. Efforts included three swimming pools, health club, meeting rooms and site work.
Managed the $60M construction of the Brooklyn Marriott at Brooklyn Renaissance Plaza with a 25 story and 282 key luxury tower addition, including in the project was the construction of a Morton's steakhouse restaurant as well as renovation of the existing 400 guestrooms.
Championed large Manhattan construction project for 12 story, 90 luxury apartment with full amenities, retail ground floor, roof gardens, and underground parking.
Oversaw the design and construction of Flushing, NY's 3.2M square foot Sky View Parc - which contained, the largest private NYSDEC Remediation Program through Brownfield Act with $38M budget, all site preparation, demolition, new infrastructure, and core and shell construction of a mixed use complex, which consisted of shopping complex, 450 market rate condominiums and 3,000 space parking garage.

MORSE DIESEL INTERNATIONAL, AMEC PLC, New York, NY 1999-2000
A UK-based construction company, providing high-value consultancy, engineering, and project management services for the worlds natural resources, nuclear, clean energy, water, and environmental sectors in 400 countries around the globe.
Vice President, Compliance
Established and implemented new corporate division, including the implementation and setup of new corporate division. Oversaw all aspects of operations, financial planning and HR systems management. Reviewed and audited major construction projects for contractual terms and internal policies, schedule, budget and quality control.

Led the development, implementation, and completion of large capital domestic and international projects with up to $700M budgets. Established a flexible scope program to meet needs of corporate guidelines, while maintaining budgets within set approved guidelines. Managed the implementation of construction contracts, schedule monitoring, process, and compliance.
Key Achievements:
Performed lifecycle project management for multiple projects at Caesars World, Inc. Projects included:
o$540.8M new construction and renovation of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV and $282.5M for Atlantic City project.
o$200M for the construction and renovation of the Desert Inn Hotel and $200M construction of gaming complex for the Indiana Riverboat.
Managed multiple project initiatives for the Sheraton Hotels, Inc. Select projects included:
o$180M new construction and renovation of The St. Regis Hotel, New York, a prototype of the Sheraton luxury hotel line.
o$200M complete renovation of 1.8M sq. ft. property for Sheraton, NY.
o$50M renovation for 450,000 sq. ft. property for $50M Sheraton Manhattan project.
o$137M Hotel Imperial project in Kuala Lumpur, new construction project for 50 story office tower project.
