• While at Kiferbaum; managed multiple project teams in the design and construction of various million dollar projects simultaneously, served as team leader for 500 acre multi-building, billion dollar corporate campus and research facility, managed design build team for 50,000 sq. ft. - 5 story Hospital expansion project, and headed the design build team for the design, permitting and construction of two (2) - 3 story Hotels
• While at CSS, Consultant for McHenry County, IL and the Village of Lake in the Hills for the development of Wind Energy Ordinances
• Leading the Chicago (central US) effort to introduce RIB iTWO to the construction industry
• While at Novak Construction, account leader for a national office retailer in the Chicago land area, increased sales volume 5 fold within 1 year. Developed, implemented and lead corporate wide safety program; key aspects of the program included a comprehensive company safety manual, along with an ongoing employee training program

• Provided Construction Management services to McDonald’s Restaurants for the Combined Beverage Business expansion to over 100 restaurant remodels in 6 months for the greater Chicago and Milwaukee region (2008) and to Redbox Inc., for the site surveys and deployment of over 7000 kiosks on a nationwide basis (2009)
• Orchestrated the $8,000,000.00 design build world headquarters for Fenwal Blood Technologies including relocation of working laboratories without disrupting experimentation schedule (2007)
• While at CSS increased corporate profit by over 70% for 4 consecutive years, was 100% responsible for all new business development, and meet or exceeded corporate goals for sales and profit for the last 3 years.
