Power Delivery Manager April 1999 to October 2002 Responsible for all Distribution Engineering, Line Construction and Operations, Storm Restoration Management, O&M and Plant budgeting in the Companys Central District. Served on 2001 Labor Agreement negotiating team.
Engineering and Construction Supervisor March 1994 to April 1999 Managed activities of Distribution Engineering and Line Construction personnel in South operating area. Served on 1995 and 1999 Labor Agreement negotiating team.
Supervisor of Area Engineering July 1988 to March 1994 Managed activities of five area engineers. Planned construction of distribution facilities, upgrading facilities for load growth, and maintenance activities.
Supervisor Distribution Work Performance November 1980 to July 1988 Prepared, justified, and monitored Distribution Plant and O&M budgets for entire company. Negotiated pole attachment and joint-use agreements and contracts with overhead and underground line construction companies and tree trimming companies.
Economic Research Analyst June 1980 to November 1980 Prepared the Companys first PURPA (Public Utilities Regulatory Policies Act of 1978) filing with FERC. Assisted with Retail and Wholesale Rate cases.
Associate Engineer August 1978 to June 1980 Prepared work orders to serve residential and commercial customers. Analyzed distribution feeders and made recommendations for capacitor locations and distribution system protection.
