Weapons, hazardous material, confiscated items; my job was to categorize and organize and document their safe handling and safely convey the items to their final location for safe disposition. We also were given the task to create and organize a storeroom receiving and distributing consumable items, stock and inventory for 8 terminals and administration services. Because of our diligence our department was recognized by Homeland Security for being the only airport in the nation to be fully operational by our required mandate, because of that hard work we were selected to write the S.O.P.
