Project Planning & Management Managing detailed project reports and project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits attached. Establishing time span of project execution as per client specifics. Listing down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set. Evaluating designs; coordinate with Consultants and Sub Contractors for changes in the same. Managing the complete range of project activities right from conceptualization, costing/ route budgeting, site survey to installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of links. Interacting with Site Purchasers and Suppliers for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories, material with timely delivery so as to minimize project cost. Coordinating with Main Contractors; monitor their performance in view of project schedule. Assist in settling all techno-commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project.
Operations Implementing procurement schedules along with finalization of material specifications Overseeing troubleshooting & customer care support services at the field level. Liaising with external bodies & authorities for requisite approvals & clearances. Monitoring & optimizing resource utilisation and safety of human and equipment.

It is a Tata Power and Delhi Govt. joint venture based in New Delhi, India looking after the rehabilitation of distribution/transmission network in New Delhi.

Switchyard Projects as a Project Executive.
33/11KV new & augmentation S/Stn and electrification of villages up to last end consumers 66KV Substation, Rohini, Delhi
HVDS and LV-ABC Projects as a Project Coordinator.
