Project scale from $10,000 to $ 3 million plus. Familiar with several of local municipality codes and ordinances. Also instrumental in recruiting personnel. Oversaw over 50 field employees and as many as 11 projects simultaneously. Managed the site construction of a new Giant Food Store and Retail strip plaza, including Penn Dot road widening, and township road improvements. Brought project in on time and on budget.
