26 years of extensive boiler operation experience.
23 years of boiler, pump and turbine operation, electrical, maintenance and repair.
23 years of experience in valve repairs and boiler chemistry.
13 years as a United States Naval Engineer.

BOILER OPERATION

Operated and maintained 1200, 600 and 200 psi watertube and firetube boilers.
Designed boiler operating logs and maintained material history files.
Chemically treat and maintain boiler water/feed water in proper limits for boilers.
Maintain boiler water/feed water chemistry logs and boiler inspection records.
Inventoried chemicals, regents and updated MSDS sheets.
Operated, maintained and repaired various generators from gas turbine to diesel power.
Maintain and use the lockout/tagout system daily.

MAINTENANCE/REPAIR

Overhauled and installed pumps, turbines, valves, steam/plumbing systems, electric motors etc.
Installed and repaired steam/hot water converters and building reheats.
Operated and repaired various makes of air handling units.
Maintain and repair 13,200/460/220 and 110 volt electrical systems.
Repaired and maintained boiler water softeners, deminrilizers and dealkalizers.
Operated and repaired 350-400 ton chillers, absorbers and cooling towers.
Operated and maintenance various diesel and gas turbine generators.
Use and implement the Planned Maintenance System.
Building and Power Plant lighting systems.




SUPERVISION

Power Plant Foreman/Supervisor, responsible for two separate Power Plants, crew, operation, maintenance and contractors etc.
Supervised three separate main propulsion boiler plants with approximately 12 people assigned per plant, scheduled preventative, corrective and maintenance operations. Implemented and maintained the lockout/tagout system.
Supervised and managed approximately 15 people in building maintenance, which included: steam systems, plumbing, electrical repairs, cement work and ground keeping. Work with contractors to schedule, plan projects and stay within the budget.
Scheduled performed maintenance, work schedules, implemented training and crew evaluations.
Responsible for ordering, tracking and receiving of materials or parts needed.
