Performed the market study and helped facilitate entry into the Watkins Glen housing market with Schuyler County’s very first condominium project. Helped author the Water Works owner’s association documents and covenants conditions and restrictions. Used focus groups to identify demands within the market with regard to finishes and standard features and available options. Lead the construction process from land development through the home owner occupancy inspection. Authored and implemented “Rhapsody University”, a comprehensive corporate training program for new and existing Project Managers, Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents which resulted in 97.7% on time completion and a 98.3% customer satisfaction rating. Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes preparation of construction documents, bidding, negotiations, subcontractor selection, material purchasing, scheduling, project budget, building code compliance, project development and quality control in order to deliver projects according to plan.
