Professional Experience


Project Executive – Company principal, overseeing project operations and the project management team.  Review of project documentation and progress.  Represented company in negotiations and disputes between the project stake holders.


  • Dutchess County Public Transit Maintenance Facility Renovations, Poughkeepsie, NY – Phased renovation of a 32,000 SF bus maintenance and storage facility, including UG fuel storage tank and fueling equipment replacement, hydraulic lift replacement, interior improvements and rehabilitation of the entrance paving, lighting and plantings.  Construction Management Services.

  • Additions and renovations to the Greenwich YMCA, Greenwich, CT – Complete interior renovation of the existing building in 12 phases while the YMCA remained fully operational, and the addition of an indoor Olympic swimming pool over a two story parking garage.

  • New construction of the 120,000 SF Gateway Center at Westchester Community College, Valhalla, NY – Challenging multi-prime contract with a tight schedule.  This project attained LEED Gold certification.

  • Decommissioning and demolition of Waterside 1&2 power and steam plants, New York, NY-Three block long facility abutting First Avenue and FDR Drive, with the Queens Midtown tunnel directly below.

  • Pre-construction services for the Amsterdam at Harborside continuing care facility, LI, NY – Developed budget and schedule for this project while performing a complete construction document review for the owner.  Generated considerable project savings as a result.

Senior Project Manager – Overall responsibility for the project, with daily involvement in the commercial and contractual aspects of the project.  Oversaw all project documentation and company billings.

  • New construction of the 2 million SF Atlantic City Convention Center, NJ – With a 300 foot by 1,500 foot exhibit floor over a parking garage, this facility sat adjacent to the AC rail head and train station.  The main floor was designed for H-20 loading and the space was conditioned by 26 tractor trailer-sized air handling units, all set into place by helicopter.

  • New construction of the 200,000 SF Clayton Park Apartments, White Plains, NY – This was a nine story building, constructed above three stories of below grade parking, 200 apartments, and a staggered truss and precast plank structural design.

  • Additions and renovations to the Saxe Middle School, New Canaan, CT – The expansion of this school included three separate additions and a phased renovation of the entire facility.  The phasing for this project presented some unique challenges, as the school remained in operation throughout.

Project Manager – Responsible for the day-to-day management of a project, including purchasing, scheduling, communications, submittals, requests for information, billings, logs, subcontractor billings, insurance, change orders and project documentation.

  • New Construction of Intermediate School 206A for the SCA, New York, NY – A five story school facility on a tight site in a busy neighborhood.  This was a conventional steel and flat plate structure with extensive interior and exterior masonry work.

  • Additions and Renovations to the VA Medical Center, Lyons, NJ – This project involved gut rehabilitation of two 80-bed patient buildings and the installation of a new heating and cooling plant, with underground piping serving the facility’s thirty buildings.
