Technologies, waste cost $0.23/pound to
freeze with liquid nitrogen and process.
Sourced and purchased industrial melting
system to reprocess waste at less cost.
Converted 260,000# of material valued at
$169K into salable goods.
Managed $20M manufacturing facility expansion
from design to completion. Lindt & Sprungli
needed to expand capacity to meet production
needs. Managed programming, A&E, permits,
town/state liaison, construction, budgets,
bids, negotiations and schedule. Delivered
185,000 sq. ft. food manufacturing facility
on time and budget.
Designed and installed waste transfer system,
enabling start of new $30M product line. Koch
lacked provisions to transport/treat waste
stream from new production line. Specified
and installed required equipment to transfer
waste to existing waste treatment plant
without spills, overflows, or treatment
Upgraded electrical and cooling
infrastructure, providing support for 15% YOY
growth. Lindt & Sprungli electrical and
cooling infrastructure would not support
imminent plans for capacity expansion. Began
specific projects to address these issues.
Prevented production outages, quality
problems and increased scrap rates.
Spearheaded new product design, yielding
$2.5M in annualized revenues. Adhesive
Technologies new consumer glue gun product
design requirements were unknown as it was
unique concept. Generated successful product
with all necessary safety features, labeling
requirements and testing properly completed.
