Yaudas named marketing communications manager at Ashland Inc.

Covington, Ky.? Margaret C. ?Chris? Yaudas has been named manager of marketing communications in the Ashland Inc. corporate affairs group, according to Martha C. Johnson, Ashland Inc. director, Ashland communications. She will report to Johnson.
In her new role, she will focus on marketing communications for the APAC business unit of Ashland Inc. APAC, Inc. is the nation?s largest highway construction company, located in Atlanta, Ga.
Yaudas will manage the communications team, which develops and implements strategic marketing to support APAC business strategies, goals and values. Specifically, she will work with business-to-business communications, including advertising, media relations and public relations. In addition to her direct reporting relationship to Johnson, she will also be responsible to Charles F. Potts, APAC, Inc. president, for the overall tone, quality, timeliness and effectiveness of APAC communications.
She joined Ashland Inc. in 1974. She has held positions of increasing responsibility, including supervisor, employee publications; manager, employee communications, and manager, community relations. A native of Huntington, W.Va., Yaudas is a 1985 cum laude graduate of Marshall University, with a bachelor?s degree in business administration.
