W. L. Butler Construction, Inc.one of California's leading professional construction companies for the retail, industrial and commercial markets, today announced the opening of its newest office in the central valley region. Located in Stockton, California, the new facility, which augments the company's established presence in Northern and Southern Calif., will provide a full range of constructionservices and enable closer contact with W. L. Butler Construction Inc.'s customers and subcontractors throughout the region and the state.

According to Bill Butler, founder and CEO of W. L. Butler Construction,Inc., the Stockton office was opened to provide better service for both existing and new customers in the region. "The central valley continues to grow at a rapid rate, creating demand for high quality construction partners that can help developers meet their stringent time to market and profit goals.
W. L. Butler has three decades of construction expertise, and more than 20 years of servicing customers in the central valley. Coupled with its now close proximity to burgeoning cities such as Sacramento, Roseville, Rockland, Fresno and Modesto, among others, the new office will give developers in the region another qualified resource when choosing a construction partner in the central valley."

To head the new office, W. L. Butler Construction, Inc. has appointed one of its most senior executives -- Vice President of Construction, David Nevens, Jr. In his new role, Nevens is chartered with growing W. L. Butler Construction, Inc.'s business in the central valley by building new relationships with potential customers and forging closer ties with the company's existing customers and corporate partners. Nevens will also oversee the central valley's growing staff, as well as manage daily interactions with subcontractors and field personnel in the area.

Bringing more than 28 years of experience to his new role, Nevens joined W. L. Butler Construction, Inc. in 1989. He is credited with establishing and managing the expansion of W. L. Butler Construction, Inc.'s office in Irvine, Calif., where he was responsible for overseeing all project managers in the company's commercial division. Nevens' expertise lies in commercial shells, tenant improvements, heavy remodel and design/build projects. Nevens is a licensed California General Contractor and a member of The Executive Committee (TEC), a networking organization for CEOs.
