Bovis Lend Lease Announces the Promotion of Louis E. Mosley To Principal in Charge for Charlotte Off

CHARLOTTE, - Larry Atkins, Executive Vice President and Director of Operations for Bovis Lend Lease, announced that Louis E.
Mosley has been promoted to Principal-in-Charge for the Charlotte, NC office.

Louis Mosley joined Bovis Lend Lease in 1997 and has strategically amassed a career of over 25 years developing a global perspective of the design and construction industry by becoming immersed in each perspective of the business, i.e., the architect, owner and builder. The result has provided a heightened sensitivity and insight into problem solving and effective management by understanding the total project requirements.

In Mosley's new role as Principal-in-Charge, he will be responsible for overseeing the Charlotte office operations. He will provide leadership for the Charlotte office, develop short and long-range strategic plans that establish clear goals, define methods of accomplishment, and set forth the actions that lead to meeting the objectives which are consistent with overall
company strategies. In a highly coordinated sales and marketing effort, Louis will ensure Bovis Lend Lease continues to satisfy clients, produce qualitywork in a safe work environment, and continuously grow the office.

A 1978 graduate of Hampton Institute in Virginia with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Mosley is a licensed Architect. Most recently, he has directed the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools Program in North Carolina, where he led a staff of 54 people including 10 people from the Owner's staff. This multi-phased, multi-year program includes the design and construction
management of 14 new schools, 14 new replacement schools for existing facilities and 77 other renovations and additions affecting more than two-thirds of the 140 public schools in Charlotte.
