Jeff Arfsten, Larry Atkins and Mark Melson Promoted

NEW YORK, March 22 -- Bovis Lend Lease, one of the world's largest construction management firms, promoted Jeff Arfsten, 50, Larry Atkins, 55, and Mark Melson, 48, to Executive Vice President and Director of Operations for Bovis Lend Lease Americas, effective immediately, with each person reporting to Peter A. Marchetto, Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Arfsten joined Bovis Lend Lease in 1976. He was most recently Principal-in-Charge of Central Operations for Bovis Lend Lease. He will be responsible for Bovis Lend Lease offices in Chicago, Columbus, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Mr. Atkins joined Bovis Lend Lease in 1981. He was most recently Principal-in-Charge of the Charlotte and Raleigh offices of Bovis Lend Lease. His new areas of responsibilities include Bovis Lend Lease offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Miami, Orlando, Dallas and Nashville.

Mr. Melson joined Bovis Lend Lease in 1985. He was most recently Director of Operations for the Bovis Lend Lease Northeast Central region. In his new role, he is responsible for Bovis Lend Lease offices in New York City, Ithaca,Boston, Princeton and Washington, DC.
