Blowfish, a new Japanese sushi restaurant located on the trendy, urban Clematis Street, is 1850 square feet, incorporating a striking red and black modern interior, glowing pale blue lighting illuminating a ceiling soffit, with plasma screens showcasing anime film. Blowfish chose Intertech as they required a contractor with high-level personal attention, restaurant equipment supply buying power, and the ability to meet build out demands of being open in time for season.
