Hill International Promotes Maurice R. Masucci to Vice President

Hill International, Inc., the worldwide construction consulting firm, announced Maurice R. Masucci has been promoted from Senior Consultant to Vice President. In his new role, Masucci will be responsible for overseeing large construction claims projects out of Hill's New Jersey office. Masucci has over 30 years of experience in geotechnical, civil and environmental engineering, engineering and design services, renovation and modification services, construction/ project/engineering management and construction claims consulting services. He has performed in various capacities from principal-in-charge and overall program manager to project/construction engineer.
"Maury's technical experience in the areas of power, energy, transportation and environmental projects is exceptional" said Frank J. Giunta, Senior Vice President of Hill's New Jersey Construction Claims Group. "His resume alone sells many clients on using Hill's services," he added.
Masucci is technically skilled in a wide variety of areas including site characterizations, hydro geological studies, erosion control, environmental issues, field and laboratory testing, geophysical techniques, shallow and deep foundation design, flood protection embankment, floodwall, and MSE wall design, earthquake engineering, machine foundation design, vibration control and ground improvement techniques.
Masucci earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Masucci resides in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
