Hill International Promotes Frank J. Giunta to Senior Vice President of its New Jersey Construction

Hill International, Inc., the worldwide construction consulting firm, announced Frank J. Giunta has been promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President in charge of Hill's New Jersey Construction Claims operation. Giunta joined Hill in 1981 and has participated in hundreds of construction claims projects in his tenure. Giunta has more than 22 years of extensive experience in engineering and construction consulting. He has been actively involved in the evaluation, presentation, resolution and management of construction claims, as well as project management oversight.
"Frank has been a star player for Hill for many years," said Irvin E. Richter, Hill's Chairman and CEO. "His promotion is well deserved," he added.
Giunta has managed complex consulting assignments on behalf of public and private owners, engineers, contractors, insurance and financial institutions. These assignments have involved a wide range of projects which include highways and bridges, dams, power related facilities, water and wastewater treatment, landfills and building construction. He has been engaged in the design of civil structures, including roads, highways, railroads, hydraulic structures, underground piping systems and has prepared engineer's estimates and technical specifications.
Giunta earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Temple University and an M.B.A from Drexel University. Giunta resides in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
